Valle de Uco

Gualtallary is the high jewel of Valle de Uco, at over 1,400 masl. Calcareous soils with limestone stones and low organic matter. Very cool climate with frequent frosts and large diurnal temperature range. It produces Argentina's most elegant and mineral Malbecs, as well as Cabernet Franc of great purity and tension.
